The following Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between the User (“You”) and PT Bakti Artha Reksa Sejahtera (“SGA” or “We”), governing the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the User in connection with the use of the services, features, and/or facilities accessed by the User through www.sga.co.id, including all of its subdomains and/or Android- or iOS-based applications managed by Us (the “Website/Application”). Users are advised to read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they may affect their rights and obligations under applicable law."
By registering for and/or using the Website/Application, the User shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions. If the User disagrees with any part or all of these Terms and Conditions, the User shall not be permitted to access and/or use the Website/Application.
A. Definitions
PT Bakti Artha Reksa Sejahtera (“SGA”) is a limited liability company engaged in the provision of security services, established on June 25, 1998. SGA was officially admitted as a member of the Indonesian Security Services Companies Association (Asosiasi Badan Usaha Jasa Pengamanan Indonesia or “ABUJAPI”) on February 19, 2018, under Membership No. 02126/19-02-2018.
The Website/Application refers to the website at https://sga.co.id, owned by PT Bakti Artha Reksa Sejahtera, which can be accessed through a desktop browser and/or an application operating on the Android or iOS platform.
“User” refers to any party that uses SGA’s features and/or services, including but not limited to registered users and any other parties who merely visit the Website/Application.
“Website Terms” refers to these Terms and Conditions of the Website/Application, the Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions that may apply to or in connection with the use of the Website/Application and all features available therein.
“Account Integration” refers to the integration of a User’s Website/Application account to enable data sharing with other platforms.
B. Account, Password, and Security
The Website/Application is intended solely for members, employees, management, prospective clients of SGA’s services, and companies affiliated with SGA who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Website/Application, you confirm that you have reached the minimum required age.
SGA does not charge Users a registration fee to create an account on the Website/Application, unless otherwise determined and notified by SGA in accordance with its applicable policies.
Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account and to update such information as necessary to ensure its accuracy.
- Registered Users are entitled to access and use the features and services provided by SGA through the Website/Application, subject to these Terms and Conditions, the applicable access rights, and the authorization levels established by SGA.
- Users who have been granted the appropriate access rights are entitled to configure and manage the features and services available on the SGA Website/Application in accordance with their assigned roles, authorization levels, and SGA's applicable policies.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account access credentials, including usernames, passwords, verification codes, and other authentication information associated with their accounts.
Users are prohibited from disclosing, transferring, lending, or providing their account access credentials to any unauthorized party. Users are responsible for ensuring that their accounts are used only by authorized parties in accordance with the access rights granted.
SGA reserves the right, without prior notice to the User where reasonably necessary, to take appropriate action in response to suspected or established violations of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws, including restricting access to the Website/Application, suspending accounts, or deleting and/or terminating User accounts, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Users must promptly notify SGA upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of their accounts, passwords, verification codes, or other authentication information, or any other security breach relating to their accounts.
Users acknowledge and agree that SGA is entitled to take other reasonable and necessary measures in response to violations of these Terms and Conditions, including restricting certain features, revoking access rights, suspending services, or taking other actions permitted under applicable laws.
Users must comply with all instructions, security procedures, operational policies, and technical requirements established by SGA in connection with the use of the Website/Application and the features and services available therein.
Users are prohibited from accessing or using SGA's systems, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, through viruses, malicious software (malware), or other technologies that may weaken, damage, disrupt, interfere with, restrict, or compromise the functionality, security, or integrity of the Website/Application, related software or hardware systems, networks, and/or data.
Users are prohibited from creating, developing, distributing, and/or using hardware, software, features, or other tools, including but not limited to emulators, bots, macros, crawlers, scrapers, and/or other automated tools, to access or use the Website/Application or SGA's services unlawfully, including but not limited to:
Manipulating, altering, or falsifying data within the Website/Application;
Manipulating devices, systems, or application functions in any manner that may harm SGA, other Users, or third parties;
Crawling, collecting, extracting, reproducing, or copying content without authorization;
Automating activities in a manner that violates SGA's policies or applicable laws;
Collecting, retrieving, disclosing, or misusing User data without authorization;
Engaging in spamming, sending unsolicited bulk electronic communications, or distributing chain messages; and/or
Engaging in any other activity that may reasonably be considered an attempt to manipulate, exploit, disrupt, or compromise the Website/Application, its services, or SGA's systems.
SGA reserves the right to monitor the use of the Website/Application to the extent permitted by applicable laws. If fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, data manipulation, or other violations of these Terms and Conditions are detected or reasonably suspected, SGA is entitled to take appropriate action, including restricting access, suspending or terminating accounts, revoking access rights, and taking other actions permitted under applicable laws.
Users are prohibited from duplicating accounts, content, data, or other resources available through the Website/Application without authorization, or engaging in any other conduct that may constitute unfair business competition, unauthorized use, infringement of intellectual property rights, or a violation of SGA's policies and applicable laws.
Users may update their account information through the features provided by SGA, subject to applicable verification procedures, access restrictions, and SGA's policies. Users are responsible for ensuring that any changes to their account information are lawful and accurate. Any rights, obligations, or legal relationships established before such changes shall remain in effect to the extent required under applicable laws.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account access credentials and for activities conducted through their accounts, subject to applicable laws and the circumstances surrounding any unauthorized use of their accounts.
Users are advised to log out of their accounts at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the Website/Application through shared or public devices. Users must promptly notify SGA upon becoming aware of or suspecting any unauthorized use of their accounts or passwords, or any other security incident.
Providing account access to unauthorized parties;
Disclosing passwords, One-Time Passwords (OTPs), verification codes, or other authentication information to third parties;
Allowing other parties to use their accounts without proper authorization;
Accessing suspicious links or websites that may compromise account security; and/or
Failing to take reasonable precautions to protect their accounts and personal information. Nothing in this provision shall exclude or limit SGA's liability to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable laws.
Users acknowledge and agree that telecommunications service providers or other relevant service providers may charge fees for the delivery or use of OTPs or other verification services. Any applicable fees, including taxes, shall be determined by the relevant service providers in accordance with their respective policies and the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Users represent and warrant that they have complied with and shall continue to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with their access to and use of the Website/Application, as well as the performance of their obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
To the extent permitted by applicable laws and reasonably necessary for compliance purposes, Users shall:
Cooperate with SGA in fulfilling requests for information, inspections, reviews, or audits relating to compliance with applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions;
Provide accurate information and relevant supporting documents within a reasonable period upon SGA's lawful request; and
Ensure that all information provided to SGA in connection with such compliance reviews is accurate and not misleading.
Users acknowledge and agree that any violation of applicable laws or these Terms and Conditions may result in SGA taking appropriate action in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws, including restricting access to the Website/Application, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting suspected violations to the relevant authorities where required or permitted by law. Users shall remain responsible for any unlawful acts committed by them and the legal consequences arising therefrom, in accordance with applicable laws
To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Users shall be responsible for any losses or disruptions arising from their negligence or failure to maintain the security of their accounts, including but not limited to:

In using the features and/or services available on the Website/Application, Users are prohibited from uploading, submitting, distributing, or using words, comments, images, videos, documents, or any other form of content that:
Contains elements of ethnicity, religion, race, or intergroup discrimination (SARA), discrimination, hate speech, or insults directed at any individual or group;
Is vulgar, pornographic, threatening, intimidating, defamatory, or degrading to the dignity of others;
Contains false, misleading, or deliberately manipulated information;
Contains advertisements, promotions, or links to third-party websites or services that are unrelated to the intended use of the Website/Application or have not been authorized by SGA;
Infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or legal rights of any other party; and/or
Violates applicable laws, standards of decency, public order, or SGA policies communicated to Users.
- Users are prohibited from using or uploading photos, images, videos, documents, logos, watermarks, or any other materials that indicate ownership by another party, unless they have a valid legal basis or authorization to use such materials.
Users understand and agree that any content uploaded, submitted, or disseminated by Users through the Website/Application is the sole responsibility of the respective User. Users are responsible for ensuring that such content does not violate any laws, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
Users are prohibited from using any photographs, images, logos, visual identities, or materials belonging to SGA or any other party available on the Website/Application for advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes outside the Website/Application without the prior written consent of the respective rights holder.
Users are prohibited from using communication features, private messages, forms, comment sections, or any other interactive features available on the Website/Application to send unsolicited promotions, repetitive messages, bulk communications, or other messages that disrupt the experience of other Users.
Users represent and warrant that any content uploaded or submitted through the Website/Application does not constitute prohibited content under these Terms and Conditions and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party.
By uploading or submitting content through the Website/Application, Users grant SGA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, limited to the purposes of providing, operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the Website/Application and SGA’s services, to store, use, display, reproduce, and process such content to the extent necessary for those purposes.
Users represent and warrant that they have the necessary rights, authority, or permissions to upload, use, and grant a license to use any content submitted through the Website/Application.
If the Website/Application provides comment sections, discussion forums, messaging features, or other interactive features, Users are prohibited from using such features to disseminate irrelevant information, send repetitive or excessive messages (flooding/spamming), manipulate information, disrupt other Users, or engage in any other activities that may interfere with the reasonable use of the Website/Application.
SGA endeavors to provide information on the Website/Application in a reasonable, accurate, and up-to-date manner. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, SGA does not guarantee that all information, documents, service descriptions, materials, or content available on the Website/Application will always be complete, accurate, current, or free from errors.
Users must ensure that any content uploaded, submitted, or accessed through the Website/Application complies with applicable laws and regulations, as well as the requirements of relevant application distribution platforms, including, where applicable, the policies of the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
SGA reserves the right, in accordance with applicable laws, to remove, hide, restrict access to, or disable content available on the Website/Application if such content:
Is suspected or found to violate these Terms and Conditions;
Violates applicable laws or the rights of any third party;
Contains misleading or manipulated information;
Jeopardizes the security, integrity, or operation of the Website/Application; and/or
Must be restricted or removed to comply with legal obligations or the requirements of application distribution platforms.
Users are prohibited from manipulating titles, descriptions, images, documents, identities, categories, or any other information submitted through the Website/Application for the purpose of misleading other Users, circumventing system restrictions, obtaining unauthorized access, or evading SGA’s security mechanisms and policies.
SGA reserves the right to take any necessary action in response to violations of these provisions, including removing content or restricting access to it, moderating content, restricting certain features, suspending accounts, or taking other actions in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.
Users are also prohibited from using contact information of other Users obtained through the Website/Application for promotional purposes or other purposes without a lawful basis and, where required, without the consent of the relevant parties."
If a suspected violation is identified or a substantiated report of a suspected violation is received, SGA reserves the right to conduct an investigation and take any necessary action, including requesting clarification or proof of authorization to use the relevant content, removing the content or restricting access to it, and taking other actions in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.
This license shall remain in effect for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the content is used, unless otherwise provided for by the User’s consent or applicable law. The use of content for other purposes, including marketing or publication outside the provision of services, must have a lawful basis and/or additional consent where required.
Nothing in this provision transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content from the User to SGA. Any rights not expressly granted under this clause shall remain with their respective owners.
If any claim or dispute arises from an alleged infringement of intellectual property rights in content uploaded by a User, the User shall provide accurate information and cooperate in resolving the matter in accordance with applicable laws. The respective responsibilities of each party shall be determined based on applicable laws and the relevant circumstances.
SGA reserves the right to restrict or disable access to such features if a violation of this provision is identified.
Users are required to verify any information they consider important before relying on it to make decisions. This provision does not exclude or limit any liability of SGA that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Content available on the Website/Application may be protected by copyright, trademarks, and/or other intellectual property rights owned by SGA or third parties.
SGA reserves the right to restrict, hide, or remove certain content where necessary to comply with legal obligations, security requirements, the terms and policies of application distribution platforms, or SGA’s applicable internal policies.
Where necessary, SGA may request clarification or supporting documentation from the User before or after taking such action, taking into consideration the level of risk, urgency, and applicable legal requirements.
If such conduct is identified or there are reasonable grounds to suspect that such conduct has occurred, SGA reserves the right to conduct an investigation and take proportionate action, including modifying or removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts, or taking other actions in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.
D. Miscellaneous Provisions
By using any features or services available on the SGA Website/Application, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions specifically applicable to the features or services they use.
Any matters not specifically addressed in the terms and conditions applicable to such features or services shall be governed by SGA’s general Terms
By agreeing to SGA’s Terms and Conditions, Users acknowledge that they are also subject to SGA’s Privacy Policy.
E. Limitation of Liability
SGA provides the Website/Application as a platform for information and access to features and/or services managed by SGA, particularly those relating to the security services business, including information on security services, security personnel, and other supporting information and services, depending on the features available on the Website/Application. Users’ use of the Website/Application is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
SGA will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Website/Application remains secure, user-friendly, and functions properly. However, SGA does not guarantee that the Website/Application will always be available without interruption, operate continuously, be free from errors, or be accessible at all times. Information, data, and content available on the Website/Application may also change and may not always be updated in real time.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, the Website/Application, together with its features and services, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Users acknowledge that the use of the Website/Application involves inherent risks associated with information technology, communication networks, and digital services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, SGA shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the following:
The User’s inability to access or use the Website/Application, including the features and services available therein, to the extent that such inability is not caused by any error or negligence on the part of SGA for which SGA is liable under applicable law.
Any inaccuracy, incompleteness, delay in updating, or discrepancy in the information available on the Website/Application, to the extent that such issues do not result from any error or negligence on the part of SGA giving rise to liability under applicable law.
Any delay, disruption, temporary suspension, or unavailability of the Website/Application resulting from system maintenance, technology updates, network disruptions, hardware or software failures, or other circumstances beyond SGA’s reasonable control.
Any errors, negligence, misuse, or actions by Users or third parties in connection with the use of the Website/Application, to the extent that the resulting loss or damage does not arise from SGA’s breach of its obligations under applicable law.
Any decisions made or actions taken by Users based on information available on the Website/Application without further verification, where such verification would reasonably be necessary.
Any service disruptions caused by telecommunications network providers, internet service providers, cloud computing providers, technology service providers, or other third parties beyond SGA’s reasonable control.
Any loss, alteration, or damage to data resulting from the failure of the User’s device, improper use, or other factors beyond SGA’s reasonable control, to the extent that such loss, alteration, or damage does not arise from SGA’s breach of its obligations under applicable law.
Any unauthorized access, hacking, data theft, cyberattacks, viruses, malware, or other acts by third parties, provided that SGA has fulfilled its system security and data protection obligations as required under applicable laws and regulations.
Any loss or damage arising from a User’s disclosure of passwords, one-time passwords (OTPs), authentication information, or other confidential information to unauthorized parties, or from the User’s failure to maintain the security of their account and access credentials, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Any content, information, statements, or actions of third parties displayed or made available through the Website/Application, to the extent that such content or actions do not give rise to liability on the part of SGA under applicable law.
Any infringement of intellectual property rights, defamation, violation of privacy, or infringement of other parties’ rights committed by Users or third parties, to the extent that such infringement does not result from any act or omission by SGA for which SGA is liable under applicable law.
Any restriction, suspension, or deletion of a User’s account carried out in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws, provided that such action is lawful and does not give rise to liability on the part of SGA under applicable law.
Any damage to a User’s hardware or software caused by factors beyond SGA’s reasonable control, including the use of devices that are incompatible with or do not meet the technical requirements of the Website/Application.
Any force majeure event, including natural disasters, fires, floods, infrastructure disruptions, riots, war, epidemics, government policies, or other circumstances beyond SGA’s reasonable control that directly affect SGA’s ability to provide the Website/Application, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Any other loss or damage arising from a User’s use of the Website/Application in violation of these Terms and Conditions, applicable user instructions, or applicable laws and regulations.
Users acknowledge that SGA reserves the right to perform maintenance, updates, modifications, restrictions, suspensions, or temporary interruptions of some or all features of the Website/Application where necessary for operational purposes, security, service quality improvement, or compliance with legal obligations. Where reasonably practicable, SGA will take the necessary measures to minimize the impact of such disruptions on Users. SGA will make reasonable efforts to maintain the security, reliability, and continuity of the Website/Application and to address disruptions within its control. However, this limitation of liability provision is not intended to exclude or limit SGA’s liability for willful misconduct, negligence, breach of legal obligations, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. This limitation of liability provision does not affect the Users’ rights to submit complaints, request dispute resolution, or pursue legal remedies in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
F. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any legal action or dispute arising out of, relating to, or in any way connected with the Website and/or this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
G. Amendments
These Terms and Conditions may be amended and/or updated from time to time without prior notice. SGA recommends that you carefully read and review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to stay informed of any changes. By continuing to access and use the features and services of the SGA Website/Application, Users shall be deemed to have agreed to such amendments to these Terms and Conditions.
